Membership Form

· Shares cost $450 each which covers 18 weeks of delivery. To secure your share, please send a check for the total amount by June 1^st.

· Full payments received by May 1^st enjoy a $25 discount.

· Payment plans can be easily arranged. This option requires a $150 down payment by June 1^st followed by three $100 payments due the first of each month July-September.

· Late registrations are prorated.

· We also accept food stamps. Call for details.
